Event: Self-Esteem - it's all about YOU!

This workshop examines self-esteem in relation to characteristics of "HIGH" AND "LOW" self-esteem, mental health (well being), habits and attitudes (the influence of perception and behavior), and strategies for enhance self-esteem and overall well-being.
